1. What do you look for in a good student?
Ans. I use a method, and I call it the SEA method. Where,
S stands for – Strategize (Strategize what you are going to learn)
E stands for – Execute (Execute what you’ve learned)
A stands for – Analyse (Analyse the result)
Then come up with the question. The student who follows these steps is a good student, in my view.
2. Ethics in teaching/training
Ans. When a student comes to you don’t overcommit. As a teacher, you are a nation builder. You have a big responsibility in your hand. If you are teaching just to make money, you are not supporting the country to grow.
3. How do we keep learning and growing?
Ans. Challenge yourself for something you don’t know, and this will make you learn that thing. And the process continues.
4. How to make students do their tasks?
Ans. Once what we did, we designed a special class and told the students in this class we will teach you scalability; how a company reached the revenue of 1.5 Cr from 15 Lakhs. But you will only get that class if you do your tasks. Due to this, the students started doing their tasks. So, you have to find some ways like this.
